libdogleg2-dbg software package provides Powell's dog-leg nonlinear least squares solver for sparse matrices, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdogleg2-dbg
libdogleg2-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdogleg2-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdogleg2-dbg *
You will get with libdogleg2-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
